This is a plain-language draft for the pilot. It must be reviewed by a lawyer (India: Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023) before real families use the service.
The reports and notes you add for the person you care for, the check-ins you fill in, and your login details. We do not store the original report files, only the numbers and sentences read from them.
You, and the people you choose: family contacts you add, and doctors you send a private link to (you can stop a link at any time). If you agree, report text or pictures are sent to an outside AI service to be read, and short voice clips to a speech service; they are not kept by us.
It does not diagnose and does not replace a doctor. Warning flags are reminders to call your care team. In an emergency call 112 or go to the nearest hospital.
You can delete everything for a person from their page at any time. Children's data is added by a parent or guardian.
